I think you just need to start with freerolls. Freerolls are a great way to regain shape and also thanks to freerolls you can create a bankroll and not spend your own money.

It seems to me that you can easily find poker videos on twitch and youtube, but the best thing is to go over the course for beginners that was created on CardsChat, and you will definitely start remembering your skills, and to consolidate these skills, play CardsChat freerolls! You won't spend your money and you can win real money, but the experience you get from our freerolls will be more valuable, because only serious guys play here, and they have a lot to learn!
