Absolutely, sometimes you need to take a break to refresh your mind and get the passion back. Sometimes you might lose it but a certain amount of time away from the tables should help to get it back.

thinking i need a break. been getting bad beat by runner runner lately allot and it is taxing.

If it helps your game then you should certainly continue with whatever method works for you. If you don't have the passion to play at some point then a break may be the best thing you can possibly do to improve your game.

that is really annoying but I prefer to call it variance than bad luck good luck at the tables :)

I think it needs to be done
then you see poker, otherwise you need to rest from everything, it doesn’t matter whether it’s poker or your job
