I've taken about 3 months off so far to relax my head and come back with everything as before.
What do you think from time to time you have to take a break to come back stronger, I read them... :D

Rest is essential for everything. When I feel like I need a break and I'm tired of doing something, I take a break.

It's always good to take breaks from poker. Sometimes I just get tired of bad beats and the stress and I take a break of a couple of days to refresh my mind.

Rest is a change of activity. It's enough to just switch periodically. Although it depends on how much you play. When you play 1-2 games in the evening, you don't think about rest.

It seems to me that you took too long a break, or you globally rebooted, or poker is just a hobby for you[emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]

Taking time off from the game can be physiologically beneficial depending the reason for taking time off. In other cases it can have the opposite effect and swing you in the wrong direction.

Breaks in poker are necessary for relaxation and renewal of energy, which is often practiced.

Of course, in my opinion, the advantage helps to improve concentration and patience, which in turn contributes to better results. Sometimes I also take a break, once every six months, but usually my break lasts 1-2 weeks.

For those who play professionally and often it is very good to always take a break from poker. The mind needs to relax and have a good rest. This is for everything you can do in life on a regular basis.

Hi.
I usually take a break of no more than 2-3 days a week. But in general, I take this break at the request of my girlfriend, because otherwise I will have problems. :D
Good luck.

Congratulations on your return. I think after such a long break, it's best for you to play in freerolls for a few days. This will allow you to regain shape without risking your own money.
