Ideal food in a poker tournament

big tournaments are time consuming as well as mental and physical exhaustion. adequate food before, between the tournament would contribute to a better performance of the player?

This is a game of skill, you would not know in which games the last letter would be harmful. surely in hyper turbo tournaments !!
