does anyone have any opinions on the number of big blinds you should be winning/hour on a consistent basis, for you to be considered to be playing optimally at a cash game table?

depends on stakes and number of tables played

BB won + BB lost - BB won at showdown x BB u stole = winning percent.

haha. i dunno what im doin in this thread. it's 05:19am n works boring.

Nobody has any clue what the win rate of good players at super micro stakes should be, because good players move up.
