I don't think that small time players are in any immediate danger. Programs like i2Ninja cost over $5000 in underground circles. It's usually big cyber gangs who buy the crap. Those cyber gangs target high rollers and financial companies from whom they can extract large sums of money. They are not going to risk exposure by targeting someone for a few $$$.
