I guess poker is a game that directly reflects our personality. So I think the main thing is to be yourself and play for your own pleasure. You should not copy the game or behavior of other players, this is a primitive approach.

Hope there is more in the notes besides playing a bluff or poor cards out of position. If the table dictates a tight action, sure run a bluff now and then. Might want fall back on some solid skill other than that.
