Best SNG site guide?

Back then when I was starting out (couple years ago), there was this guide, and it describes the SNG structure in a pyramid structure and recommended Pokerstars, FTP as the best sites. I think Bodog was there too but I wasn't too interested in Bodog back then so I didn't take notice. Titan was mentioned but not really recommended because the blinds are really fast. I thought i've bookmarked it, but as it turns out i haven't. It was so easy to find back then but now i have been looking for it forever and it cannot be found.
I think it was on SNG planet but i can't find it there.

Does anyone knows what i'm talking about?

I really need to find it. My primary site was FTP and back then I always win. The SNGs always took more than an hour (about 1 and half if my memory serves me right) and I ALWAYS win. Now, I'm at WH and it's a total crap there. PS is too hard for me. I just need to read that guide again to know reconfirm somethings.

thebloke that sounds really helpful.. I enjoy SNG's as much as the next guy, hopefully someone can find it, and an updated verson.. if not, looks like you might be the guy who can make a new one ? hahaha.. too much time
