But I see your point. I already have my own personal rule that if I am not feeling good about playing, I will not play. At the danger of sounding holistic, I have noticed a real connection between my mood, or maybe a better way to put it is my energy level in terms of positivity among other things, and my winning game. Of course, I hit the tables sure I am gonna kill and dont sometimes, but then I know much sooner when to switch gears or just take a break. When I am tired or pissed off or whatever, I never really play that good, so I have gotten pretty disciplined with my state of consciousness and whether or not to play. Having said that, I love to hit the felts after a great night out with friends in the bar, so......:eek:
 I was asking this because I have heard it mentioned a couple of times that among other criteria, playing times is something to think about when gearing up to play. I am for the most part bound by times when I CAN play, and mainly have to go by that, but am curious as to what others think about this topic.
