Going to most likely have to use Western Union. The only other option would maybe be going with a site that has an online casino and sometimes you can buy a gift card with a visa or MC and apply that gift card to the casino then transfer it over to your poker account.

If they are purchased in the US then they won't work, it doesn't matter if it's a temp/reloadable card or not
