Personally, I don't like cash games. For me, Sit&Go tournaments in the DoN format come first, followed by MTT tournaments in the freezout format.

I like tournaments, I win more there. Cash games for me are quick wins and quick losses of money. There is no deep understanding of the cash game. And there are a lot of weak players in tournaments .... But your character will choose 😁

If it's a matter of taste, each player has a preference for one of the 2 modalities, but I prefer a tournament. I think you have more advantage when you play cash since few players enter with marginal cards many play with strong and super strong hands and avoid taking so many risks that they do it more often in tournaments different schemes is my humble opinion regards

Tournament poker is my game , only because I'm still trying to get used to playing cash games. I lose more money on cash games than tournaments. So I'm sticking to tourneys

I have little patience so I do better in cash games than in tournaments.

Sitting for hours usually gets me out of focus and results in a bad play that can ruin my tournament.
this is a game of patience my friend

I enjoy poker tournaments more than cash games, I like them because you have a goal and a specific course!

I better play MTT, although they are more complicated and require more time and concentration, but the risk is less and the profit is higher

Playing tournaments without a doubt is much better than playing in cash gamers. See also, to become a poker pro you must be a good tournament player.

I prefer tournaments. Cash games are a grind. If you look at doing well in a cash game vs. doing well in a tournament, the tournament will have a higher payout/return.

Depends on the platform and time of day. Playing cash on a friday night might be more profitable as there are lots of drunk recreational players.

Which is preferable, being a cash game poker player and playing for exactly 6 hours or being a tournament player and not having a defined playing time?

Assuming you mean which has a greater ROI-that would depend on your situation and bankroll it is not uncommon in tournaments to have large downswings over months of time-you can also play break even in tournaments for months as well- regardless of your skill advantage

In cash games if we are skilled our downswings are shorter most often-for cash games 50 or less buy-in bankroll is good most often
tournaments 200 buy-ins is realistic for good players
