Anyone with any interest at all can improve their game. Between books, blogs, forums, hand analysis, et al, there's just no excuse for not getting better.
Position plays, hand charts, bet-sizing, continuiation betting, etc etc etc...the list of things you can learn about and memorize, or the tools you can buy (Pokertracker, Hold Em Manager) is just flat out endless.
And all of this information and hi-tech info will add up to one thing: You'll win some, but not a lot. You'll be a journeyman player but never a big winner.
The final ingredient in the "stew" that comprises your playing style is how well you take and act upon your notes (mental notes for live play or the notes you take online).
There are tons of note threads here and elsewhere. Use them.
This is just a reminder to not overlook them...boring as it may sound. I guarantee, you'll see an immediate improvement in your play if you just take good notes.
