blogs

so every online poker player and their brother has a blog. With the new year coming up and my absolute killings in omaha lately i was thinking, hell maybe i shud join the ban wagon and start chronicling my poker experience as well. What you people think .. is a blog worth while, what do you bloggers get out of this ?

I have a blog (crummypoker.blogspot.com (I think that is it)). To be honest I'm so excited about this thing that I update it pretty much like once a year! Seriously, they are good to have, fun to read, but for me I just don't make the time to keep mine up to date. Plus who reads??

I have a blog first and foremost for myself. It's a great form of tilt-therapy for me. I've put some time into my blog's appearance which I think really helps me *want* to update it. It also has gotten me some attention on the internet and led to a couple of freelance writing gigs, so it's actually made me money too.

I have a blog as well and I update it quite frequently actually.

Basically it's just for myself where I put my winnings, things I achieved in poker and similar stuff in it. It can keep someone motivated and you can always look back on old winnings and be proud of yourself.

Furthermore I also post there some music vids or stuff from youtube etc. that it doesn't get too boring for the few readers which I have. All in all I like my blog and think it's pretty nice actually.

You got a cool blog yourself...will have a look on it from time to time, hope you keep it updated. :smile:

That is my goal... I'm going to start updating it at least once a week, unless something comes up...
