For tournaments you can read "Secrets of proffesional tourament poker" (3 volumes) by Jonathan Little.

Power Holdem strategy is the best I think and another good book is heads up no limit poker by Collin moshman.

I always recommend reading Tommy Angelo's books. They are not so much about exact decisions as about other issues concerning poker but well worth reading.

Todd Brunson and Erick Lindgren talk a little about it. (In case you weren't aware, Power Hold'em Strategy includes chapters by those two plus Evelyn Ng, Paul Wasicka, David Williams and Daniel.)

Harrington book for tournament is awesome. Especially Vol. III.

Check out super system and super system 2 by Doyle Brunson. Even thou super system was written in 1979 it has a lot of good information and is worth a read. Ace on the River by Barry Greenstein is another good one.

For online microstakes cash game poker, if you want some really straightforward advice (it tells you pretty much what to do in every single situation you can encounter at the microstakes cash games), I would recommend "Crushing the Microstakes" by Blackrain79. It was written a few years ago but should still be very applicable to todays micro cash games.
