Pokerstars wanted to boost it's German audience. So they formed a German only poker school Intellipoker. They then hired a famous German to represent them and to pique interest from their German audience. Boris Becker. It's just a marketing ploy. IMO.

Geez, 25,000 entrants for 50 satellite tix.

I'll take the 15,000 cap & 300 tix from the million dollar men games.

The chance to play a tennis pro is not worth the premium or the aggravation of freeroll bingo for 4 hours.

(If PokerStars is that desperate for additional foreign celebs, what's the over/under on how long it will take them to sign the Hassellhoff?)
