What size should my BR be around for me to start playing $20 NLHE 4 Paid SNGS?

I had a much bigger BR then I do now and was playing pretty small stakes. But now im thinking on moving up after a little down, because it seems my buy in to payout ratio are too small for $5 buy ins, and if i had moved up sooner my wins wouldve been bigger pay offs.
