His death is a sad thing, but the effect on the child will be life long,,,hope they get the kid some help.

I didn't think that this type of thing happens in Sweden. No matter where it happened it's still sad.

wow thats such a tragedy in the poker community. i wish his family well and hope all the best for them. my god what kind of person could do something like that with the kid in the room with him. just cruel and wrong.

the rumor is that he a owed quite a lot of money to different people in Sweden and that was one of the reason why he moved away in he first place

It's been reported that Oscarsson's son was in the room at the time of the shooting, and a crisis team has been working with the family while the boys mother is en-route to Sweden to be reunited with her son.

This is very upsetting

No child should have to witness that.I'm not sure how strict the laws and punishment are in Sweden, but I really hope this perp is captured and punished harshly for what he did.

Sweden eh?

I live just South of South Central L.A. and hear gunshots all the time, and read about shootings the next day, so for me it is commonplace, but Sweden?

Predict 2 year old kid will grow with a vengeful streak and find the stupid MF who will still be loose on the streets.

+1 This is very tragic indeed. The news is bad and sad enough without some cruel heartless devil out there doing such a thing in front of a child.

well all i can say is that its a shame that it happened to the boy but in sweden i guess they take stuff more serious LA on the other hand is a dangerous place also but i think its just behind sweden R.I.P. to the boy
