¿Does anybody knows where i can buy a poker book and pay it with moneybookers?

I also need it to be delivered to Latin America

Moneybookers isn't really widely accepted outside the poker world. You should transfer it back to your bank account and pay by card.

unfortunatly moneybookers issn't widely used for online purchases, I would get a paypal account as they are more useful for online purchases.

I don't think there is an official way -> you could ask someone online.
