Caesars in New York

I'm not against Caesars seeking a casino license in New York. They do need to do their homework however and totally investigate the area they intend to bid on. Orange County New York is within an hour's drive of New York City but this area has a bunch of ready-made problems that will need major solutions before anything real can be done.
