how exactly does this promotion work? do you use the cards as buy ins, or do you have to collect them all, and first to collect all wins 52k or something like that?

someone please explain this to me.

you can use them
1. to play in tourn to get more chips, or as entries.
2. they have random drawings where you can exchange them for money if they pick the cards that you have.
3. get them all to get money.
