Every person has some unique skills.

Mike Sexton told a story about Stu Ungar wheras he could turn over a deck of cards one at the time until the last card and Stu could tell you what the last card was.
Stu had a value assigned to each card and he would add it up in his head as he went. He won a lot of $10,000 bets doing that.
