CardsChat Hurricane Harvey Charity Event

We want to give the CardsChat community an opportunity to contribute to the victims of Hurricane Harvey as a group.



We will be hosting a tournament on Sunday to raise money that will be donated to people who have lost everything - including their homes in this tragic event. Here are the details:

CardsChat Hurricane Harvey Charity Tournament
Sunday, Sept 3 at 2pm ET

The game will be held in my home game club at PokerStars.

The winner of the tournament will win a CardsChat prize package valued at $150!

Donations will be made to my paypal account and after the tournament I will make a donation from CardsChat and post the receipt in this thread.

Every little bit helps - even $5 will go a long way!

Make a pledge of at least $5 in this thread and I will send you the home game details and my paypal details. If you don't have a paypal account you can request a transfer or exchange in this thread only.

If you can not make the tournament but would still like to donate make your pledge in this thread.
If you want your donation to be anonymous you can send me a pm.If I win the tournament I will be donating the prize package to the 2nd place finisher.

I'm here in Beaumont Texas where it's bad, we have Food, Water, and a Generator, but my oldest Daugther is in Houston 45mins South from me where it's extremely bad - nevertheless I thank God my Family and I are fine. I ask for everyone to continue to pray for those affected at this time, and that the Lord Bless us all. All my money is on BOL, I would love to donate as well just let me know how I can contribute.

I was wondering what I was going to do on Sunday morning (4 my time) now that Party is pulling out of Oz on the 31st.

It could be likely that I miss all or part of the game if I fall sleep before it.
