Cash game or tournament?

Do you prefer cash games or tournaments, and why?

I vote for tournament poker, I like the competitive spirit.

I mostly play tournaments, but sometimes you can play live and cash

Because of the promotions at GG, I started playing cash games a little bit, and I was once again convinced that MTTs are much, much easier. The way opponents even at the lowest limits will f**k your soul (sorry, but there's no other way to describe it) for a missed c-bet or, God forbid, a river check—it's like night and day compared to the puppies that allow you to see every flop in MTTs, extend any hand all the way to the river, and ultimately knock them out without even having a showdown. So MTTs are 100% my choice, and nothing will change that.

I prefer tournaments. I like the dynamic nature of changing blinds, the need to constantly adapt, and the feeling of reaching the later stages.

If you are short on time, play cash, if you want a big win and have a lot of patience, play tournaments.

For me tournaments are fun for the upside, but cash feels more like real decision-based poker day to day. But I started from playing only tournaments, like freerolls etc.

I usually play tournaments, because it doesn't require a lot of investment, but real money poker games, you need to invest, when playing, if you get out of control you can lose everything.
