For me, the biggest difference is that in tournaments you have a structure to follow depending on the stage of the event, while in cash games you have to repeat the same decisions over and over for them to show a positive result.

I believe that playing tournaments has an important role in improving a player’s performance in cash games.
The tournament strategy helps us gain long patience and overcome the difficult stages in cash games with minimal losses if the day is bad😉

For me, it largely depends on how much time I have to play. If I'm relaxed during the day, I play tournaments; when I have other things to do during the day, I usually play cash games or don't play at all.

It feels like cash requires a lot of discipline than tournaments. And the game feels a lot slower than MTT's

I don´t play cash so I prefer tournaments.
