Definitely first place, bracelet plus your name in history. You both have money and glory while 2nd place you have none of the latter.

my first thought was that choosing the money would win by landslide the poll but the fact is that it is the other way around, although i still believe that money is the main driving here,

however thinking a little further, giving up a part of the money for the bracelet at the end, for a poker player, it´s like winning the worldcup so it grants a priceless moment and a great achievement to be proud of,

I'd definitely go for the cash. The bracelet is nice for the prestige and might get you some sponsorship deals but the cash would be more useful long term.

The difference between the two prizes is not much, so, in this case I would definitely choose to be in 1st place with the bracelet. But, if the difference was more than 100K, I think I would pick the money only.

I could buy a very nice braclet for that extra 55gs or a corvette... In poker cash is the glory. now if it was the world series of poker then I rather win because I would want the title and I could scrape out future money from endorsments and fame

bracelets get you sponsorship deals....i'd go with the bracelet. To me a bracelet is like a college degree: once you have one, no one can ever take that accomplishment away from you: you'll always be a bracelet winner no matter what

I'm really a private dude and don't like being the center of attention so for me it's all about the the fun of the game and money. I am not concerned with bracelets, fame, or anything like that in the least. In all honest I'd prolly sell a bracelet. Things like that really don't matter to me.
