Cash for sure.

Spins can be fun but are super high variance and can be very tilting if you lose a bunch in a row.

What client do you play in? I would recommend playing speed racer bounty (GGpoker/Pokerstars) tournaments lasting from 1-2h max or turbo tournaments.

If you don't have a long time to play, I think cash is always the first choice. But spin is also good if you don't like cash games, it doesn't take a long time like tournament.

Hi.
If a player has little time, I think it's best not to play poker at all. If you have little time it is better to buy a lottery ticket. Good luck.

Late reg MTTs as late as possible (last 1 min of registration).

If you know how to play 20BB poker, you can dominate and not have to play for hours.

I think Spin is a perfect choice when there is little time to play. A Spin max of 15 minutes if the opponents are very good, but I already had a Spin to get my first hand A, K vs A, K vs 9.9 pair (at me) and I won. :D

there are many possibilities either to go to a mtt at the last minute or to spins or sit and gos but it is much more important that you play what you like best because there you usually have the best results. And of course the skils that you have also play a big role. I sometimes play zoom cash at pokerstars because it works quickly, but for other people it's nothing because you are constantly changing tables and sometimes you can only assess the opponent poorly. When you start to play, an important question is how much time do you have? If you play under time pressure then you shouldn't play anything big, even in mtts if you go in at the last minute it can still take a few hours to get to the ft. And then of course it is also important to know whether you are playing to get the ft or if you just want to get itm. The best thing to do is to simply test for yourself what really suits you. At the sit and gos, even at pokerstars, it almost always says in the tournament lobby how long a game lasts, then you have a time after which you can orientate yourself. And I don't know exactly how it is with other poker sites, but maybe there is something like that with others who have it

If you only have a little while to play I guess cash game might be the best choice. Having the ability to play even just a few hands then cash out.

You can alternate. Watch where it turns out to win there and sit more. If something does not work out, you can go for another type of poker.

If there is little time to play, I recommend cash. Since you can join or leave a game at any time.

all 3 are great if you dont have much time to play. if i have to choose i would say both cash games and spin and goes are the best because some sit and goes can take more than 2 hours to finish if they are mtt, (single table turbo and hyper turbo sng are fine because they finish quickly though). also cash games are great because you can leave the table whenever you want so both are good option if you dont have much time to play..

For me I've tried all the quick games but the one I play every day because I don't have time to play a lot and the spin go max is for sure the best and even if you don't want to play too aggressive it can still be very profitable

Well even with little time it only takes maybe 20-30 min to paly a quick spin n go..... but the higher the stakes the longer it takes to play I find..
I dunno I find bluffing when u have nothing a couple times and showing the. U stuck at game.... then playing like ur bluffing and taking them for everything they got works usually unless they are scared to gamble without a sure fire thing.... wish you a the best Mt friend

Cash games.

Sit and go seems like a very, very fast way to win or lose, I prefer cash games.

Well, if you prefer cash games in general, I'd recommend playing a few tables simultaneously to maximize volume.

If you prefer tournies, S&Gs are definitely the way to go.

Of course cash, sit maybe, but it takes a long distance to spin.
