CCCoP - some info please

Hi all.

I`ve not been playing much in the last few weeks due to work.

I have been playing the Friday night game on Pstars but can you tell me, is the CCCoP the same thing as the league we are playing in???

And if not, am I too late to enter the CCCoP?
