Challenge Tables - Anyone PLay the Pros at the Micros?

Challenge Tables are identified within the game software as Gus Hansen’s Table or Isildur1’s Table, and various games types are available: Omaha hi, Omaha hi/lo, razz, stud hi/lo, draw poker games, and mixed games. The stake levels encompass both micro-stake and low-limit games, starting at the $0.05/$0.10 tables and working up through the levels to the $3/$6 games.

Wish I could play on Full Tilt and take on some pros for pocket change.

Anybody tried it?

I have not played on the new tilt beause I am in the us.
I have played in the good ol days of online poker some pros ranging from negreanu,matusow,lindgren,moneymaker and a few others.
Live I have played some of the biggest names in tournaments.
I have played with cernuto quite a bit,and lots of names in miami area in general.

Thats sweet I have yet to play with any pros.... I think! But would 100% blow 5$ on one of these micro tables to play Iz or Gus. Railed Gus on poker stars and he was pretty aggressive. Hoping I will get to rail one of these micros would be funny if the pro just went all-in every time.

US here too, so haven't played on these tables. I got owned by Todd Brunson on the old Doyles Room once though. Does that count?

Before BF i got to play with kidpoker aka negreanu and chiren 2 Pokerstar pros. chiren played the micros regularly. Negreanu had started some challenge to himself can't quite remember but it was something like Ferguson had done. Also got to play about 50 hands with Vanessa Selbst.

ive played only with fish,donks,drunks,gamblers...... you name it. i have no idea who was sitting behind the nickname.i probably think ive played a hand or two with some pro at one time or another cause im sure they have second nicknames so that they can go around in disguise. so i guess you never really know who your playing against"online".
p.s whats up BZ ? i see youve kept busy posting away. good stuff.!

It helps get me through work

The thing is that there are tables on full tilt were the pros are supposed to sit every now and then and play. Read a story about it and so thats what this thread was supposed to be about. But it seems like no one understood me or no one has played with the full tilt pros at these tables. Oh well.....

I did understand not like most. I do play these tables , and did respond, and most of the regs that play the same have never seen one of the 2 pros that are supposed to show up
It actually takes away from peeps who want to play the the table ...because the seat is reserved for the pro

Right you got it sry man it just seemed like you and me were the only ones who knew about the tables. Should have said everyone but LabMan.

Well actually looking at it everyone understood its just that know one has played the pros on these tables.

Bummer the pros dont even show at the tables. Prob why know one has played with them at the micros. Oh well guess I am not missing out after all.

All responders understood you, it's just that since they had no experience on those tables, they decided to chime in with similar experiences.

Sat with Eric Lindgrin at a table in the 100 seat guarantee years ago, had a nice finish and still ended up a loser.

I believe they used to do something similar on pokerstars a long time ago. I remember railing Jen Harman's table a few times but never got a chance to sit in as the waiting list was always full obv.

I did ask her something in chat and she replied can't remember what it was though. That was before all the crazies spammed the chat and the pro's actually replied

They had something like that at Absolute, was fun to stalk the pro! Actually was up a buck or 2 I think. For the life of me cant recall her name, she was cute, everyone was hitting on her lol.(Tiffany Michelle?) sounds right, but not sure.

Hope whoever stole our AP/UB money is rotting.(hell, prison, whatever.)
