chasing

hi i find or have been told im chasing when i have a bad run in sng on full tilt and poker stars, so i thought about it and i find that either i have a succession of wins or a succession of losses and when i have the latter (losses) i dont even realize that my game has changed as i guess im thinking about making the money i lost and trying to come out even.... so i guess i have t pay attention to my way or reason for playing .. i dont knowim confused wisth this cause i dont even realize im doing itlol. Maybe i should set a limit for the sng on each site ...........yeah right will that even work and how many other people have tried this.... lol any suggestions would be appreciated although none that are being rude please if u have nothing to say in a nice demeanor then dont say it alll. ( ive had some rude comments on hre in the past. ) i might add that i hve cnacer of the liver so i get confused easily sonmetimes when my obdy is high in toxin levels thus the reason im asking for tips and suggestions ...
