Do you prefer to be perceived as a tight player who always has a monster hand, or a loose, aggressive player capable of massive bluffs?

I prefer to play conservatively, using math to my advantage. I avoid bluffs, but depending on the consequences of the tournament it is necessary.

I prefer having a balanced image. If opponents think I'm always tight, I can steal more pots with well-timed bluffs. If they think I'm too loose, I get paid when I actually have a strong hand. Being unpredictable is one of the biggest advantages in poker. ♠️

I'd prefer to be considered as a tight player, although it'll be hard to get value, there'll be more fold equity I guess

I prefer that they don't know how I play or define me with a style or way of playing. Today, with AI, they study all player profiles, which is why sometimes you have to change your game.

Aggression indicates their propensity for aggressive actions. Tightness indicates how wide they play. These are two different things. There are tight-aggressive, loose-passive, tight-passive, and loose-aggressive players, each requiring their own set of counter-strategies.If you're bad and the aggressive player is good, you'll lose less by playing tight because you won't get into tough situations against him.I play differently.

I consider myself a conservative player, but it's necessary to be balanced, aggressive and bluff sometimes.

Perception mirrors reality…either you are tight or loose…change of pace for a hand or two may temporarily confuse your opponents, but eventually your core playing style will prevail and will be recognized.
