Wow 0.56, I can vouch for the other 2 numbers (50nl and 100nl) being right within 0.01 accuracy for me.

Each FPP can be traded at 1.14c/1FPP so its eraning $2.71 rake back per 1000 hands, I dont know what Full Tilt Poker gives you per 100 but stars is much better for higer volume/stakes plyers.
