I had open an account a few years ago while I was underage, but didn't deposit until I was of age. They later found out and banned me, saying I played underage. Would you say that's true?

Let's see, you opened an account & gambled while underage & at some point in time the poker site accused you of opening an account & gambling while underage. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, boy this is a tough one. You know that book, Everything I need to know I learned in Kindergarten? I knew the answer to your question afore I started Kindergarten. So did you.

It's not that I doubt you Ms. Clinton, it's just that the poker site does. I had a long detailed explanation as to why you are in the wrong here, but unfortunately the Dog ate it.

If you didnt play a single game, including freerolls, for anything with real cash associated with it then they should know this....however, if at any time you agreed to a software license or website license when you initially signed up and it said you must be of age - then you were fraudulent and the ban is rightful.

wasnt that long Kenzie

when registering in the poker rooms, ask age,if you cheated and wrote that an adult, when you have made 1 Deposit there, it was obvious who owns the account that you banned, and I think they were right

The sites can not bend on this stuff. They risk a fine or losing their operational licence.
