I'm curious what others do when they get to the point where they can withdraw regularly. I have picked a bankroll level where I have plenty of buyins so I can withdraw anything above this level.

Should I withdraw whatever is above the level once a week? Or should I pick a decent amount ($100) and just withdraw that whenever I get $100 above the level? This would mean I was withdrawing 2-3 times a week instead of one.

I'm kinda asking this with my US bank in mind. Echecks go through fine in about 3 days but multiple transfers in a week could arouse suspicion right?

Thanks!

Never had to worry about that problem to be honest, and I'm sure 90% of online players will tell you the same thing.
To be a consistantly cashing-out player you'll need to dedicate a lot of time and a lot of money to grinding.
$100 gives you 50 buy-in's at $2...how much a week do you plan on making with that??
It is a good base, buy i'd keep every penny in the account until your up to $1000 and rolled to play the $10-$20 buy-in's.
Then maybe you can maintain that as a bankroll and cash out $50 or so every week if your lucky. Dont count on it as an income boost though, Poker is a cruel mistress!

In all honesty, I've cashed out say 7 or 8 times, but never on Full Tilt or Stars. I've only ever taken money out of my Ladbrokes poker account. It was a much softer site and I had some VERY good runs there. Not regularly though.

So, you are fine with the level you are playing and have no intention of moving up? Interesting. I think I applaud this.

Well, as to your question, just do your withdrawals twice a month, like a paycheck.:D

You should use that money for taking shots at higher levels imo. If it's taking 2-3 weeks to make $100 you should have plenty of room to move up as a winning player at your current stakes.

If you need the extra money to get by, go ahead and choose a strategy to make regular withdrawals. But if you don't really NEED the extra cash, you should make your withdrawals irregularly in order to enjoy them more. That's psychology 101.

Try reading OP's post again. He doesn't say his roll is only $100.

It sounds like you're making 800 - 1200 per month? If you could withdraw 100 twice a week or 3 times a week? Is that correct? If it is, congrats man!
Like Belgo said, depends on what you need. I probably take out 300 a month for fun and pocket the rest. Its rad to have a fat stack of cash you can add to every month.
