my goal in the game is always to train and learn, the game is also emotional, my biggest difficulty to always keep myself at a good level of victories is precisely the emotional part, sometimes a break of 2 or 3 days helps to balance it out, never play sleepy, distracted or drunk. In poker, it is only possible to combine theory with a lot of practice.

My advice would be to watch streamers first, and if you enjoying them and wanna try out yourself, give it a shot. Or try to play with your family or friends. If you are not enjoying these fun moments or not have the time for it or see no chance to improving yourself in the future, poker is maybe not your path.
But until that, good luck in trying out.
