coping with boredom?

hi guys,

Lately, boredom has gotten me to do silly donkey stuff at the tables, eg. being super hyper aggressive, bad bluffs etc which of course lead to my exit. I know when you're not in a hand, it would be best for you to observe the other players but I seem to have lost my patience and I'm kinda fustrated about it. I only play online.

any advice on how you deal with boredom at the tables?

You can always have something like music playing, or have a video in the background. I almost always have a stack of chips next to me to mess around with. It might make you pay less attention to the other players, and their image, but it might keep you entertained enough to stop you from playing that way.
