One of the perks of being a poker player is traveling. However a lot of hard work as you mentioned. I really like these oscillations, I like to be isolated at home for a long time as I like to socialize, it would be perfect for me! 8 or 80 as we say here in Brazil!

It is very interesting to see all the different opinions , this reinforces even more how much we are involved and also eliminates our doubts . Reading all this makes me even more sure that I'm in the right place and doing what I'm supposed to do!

Yea I don't think about it like that but to each his own. I play for fun and usually have a mindset of conquering anything I put my mind too so for me the challenge of getting better makes it all worth while imo. Good luck and crush em 🍻

I don't think it's easy or admirable life chosing poker as a profession. Although I love both playing and watching poker, still won't take it profesionally. It might look easy as they travel the world, playing the game they enjoy you know. Let's say at the top of it, players with millions of net worth.. There are rich life, casino paradises, laughs, money etc. it might seem attractive. However I can't do that personally.
Also, in the background still there're lot of hard work, discipline, stressfull days and strict mentality qualities required to handle. What I can't stand is even if you do everything right, you might go upside down.

Poker

I play daily. But I don't see me ever being able to survive off poker...certainly not on online poker. Live tourneys, or even a poker circuit would be awesome but it's all a dream really. To make a honest living playing would take a special skill or talent and some financial backing and I have neither. But I will continue to play anyway.
