Yes! IMO Canada and Germany.

USA have a lot of good players, too. But they don't stand out from the masses.

each country has strengths and weaknesses of the players, it all depends on the limit played for low stakes all play like donkeys at medium and high all play hard.

-Canada(Daniel Negreanu, Mike McDonald, Jonathan Duhamel)
