If you are saying good players, then I would say that they are in all countries, because I believe that it is not the country that makes a good poker player, but his learning, experience and results.

From the pocketfive rankings and what I see on a daily basis it appears Brazil has a great level of skill.

I think the best are the Spanish and the Russians. They have a great level in tournaments, although their game is completely different.

Often, Brazilians are aggressive players, Austrians are tight, the British are involved in bluffs and reveal the simplest hands, Kazakhstan is aggressive after the Brazilians, Canada any final table is one Canadian anyway.

I think you can find both weak and strong players from all nationalities. However, on Pokerstars, for example, you are playing against Brazilian players in the majority of cases these days
