You need to be more specific. Most poker is kind of vague. Monte Carlo, for example, has much more poker rooms and professional poker player per capita than the US, because is a very small country and a tax haven. For total number of casinos and gamblers though, of course the answer is the US, China, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh don't really have poker.
