Crazy table $200 NLHE

I am a a crazy table right now. LAG players, huge pots, suck outs galore. What should I do? Play tight as a drum? Widen range?

Lots of multi-way pots. bluffing is not an option very often.

I ask this because I want to maximize my chances to hit big. Crazy tablss have always been tough for me to play at.

You do realize you're posting during the dead time of day, right? Barely any posts happen at this time of day.

Anyway, I'd say if you can get in cheap preflop with hands that can hit monsters, then go for it. You will get good pot odds and incredible implied odds (or so it sounds). Otherwise, if pots get expensive pre, just wait for premiums and RERAISE to narrow the field and shovel money into the pot. With premiums on this type of table you MUST try to narrow the field but also get as much in preflop as possible when you can be very sure you have the best of it.

I posted this over 12 hours ago I think. People were viewing it while I was at the table.

I got felted anyways. This guy had a 3 card straight on the flop (I had TPTK).

He calls a pot size bet on flop, turns a gut shot. Calls another $100+ on turn (with gut shot, no FD), and rivers his straight.

Every time I am at tables like that I just get sucked out.

I did not rebuy. I left.

However, I have won a few good sessions since my run-bad (remember).

Oh I see that now (only saw the time on the PM post before) -> must have just gotten lost in the mix. A lot of those views could have been from lurkers and non reg-posters.

Sorry to hear you busted. Those crazy games get to be such high variance - even only getting into high +EV spots doesn't even remotely guarantee you a profit. (Not that playing +EV is ever a guarantee of profit. ;) )

Yeah good to see you around, and discussing live spots. Now that I'm back at school I'm gonna be hitting the live game pretty hard, so if you ever post hand spots or questions/thoughts and feel they're not getting appropriate love, just PM me and I can look :)
