How did this guy , he is only 19 i think or 20 get started up, i know he was the first supernova to get a ferrari but i just wondered, did he work his way up with low cash games or sn goes?

Low stakes is always a relative term :p

That said, whatever level he started at the methodology was the same: he just ground out lots of hours, in a winning fashion.
