Is there a generally reconised range for

Micro
Low
Medium
High

stakes of poker?

Obviously High isa lot of money and micro isnt but for instance at what ppoint does a micro stakes player graduate into being a low stakes player?

Do the ranges differ between onlina and live play?

Primarily I am asking the question based on limit ring games but would be interested in NL an Tournaments as long as ppl state what the stakes realte to.
