Poker is statistically mostly men by targeting the other sex you double your cliental. The reason this works is because women tend to feel less threatened or more confident in playing especially if it's their first tournament with women then men. The reason if Annette won the WSOP ME would be different then if she won a ladies only tournament is because 1.) it's the ME it's the tournament everyone wants to win.. Also ladies only tournaments tend to be smaller then other bracelet events. Also they tend to be weaker fields then other bracelet events.. Not because women are weaker players but because their just aren't as many top level women pros are there are pros in other bracelet events and these other bracelet events usually feature the top women players too along with the top men..
