Differences between LIMIT and NO LIMIT Heads Up ?

How big are the differences in strategy between Limit and No Limit Heads Up Cash Games and Sit`n Go`s ?


- And which ones are more profitable taking the rake into calculation ? (generally speaking at micro and small stakes up to 100NL)


PS: - Is there any book/ebook dedicated to Limit Heads Up (cash and SNG) games ?

I'm not a fan of limit. But I would assume no limit is more profitable due to the ability to get more into the pot when u have a really good hand
