Yes, some of us have met in person. We've met in Reno for a couple years now and just recently we had a gathering in Niagara Falls, NY. There has also been a European gathering there in the London area.

And we're talking about having another gathering at the 2009 wsop at some point.

I'm afraid I'm a little disconnected too. I've never met anyone on the site, however, when I had more time for both chat and play I was getting to know them better. Looking forwad to spring when I will agaiin have more time.
