Good strategies and plays that are ev will always win in the long run. Strategies and bad plays are dependent on luck.

I think if you have a plan, it's good the main thing is that your plans work and bring success if they are not working, then you better let such plans go far and start playing as you want it will be better than bad plans:) luck is certainly important in poker so it will come at the right time but for this good luck you need to try not to leave the tournament
