Luck is always needed, at least at some point in the game. but you have to trust your game and as a second option look for luck.

I do not think you need to be a fish to win a tournament, what you should keep in mind is that you must be very conservative in the final stages of a tournament, besides being lucky to always take the best decisions to be eliminated because the closer you are to the first prizes the more profitable it is.

hardly ever a great play to just call fishing for cards. If you feel you must be chasing, at least be aggressive with it. You'd overall be much better off if they fold when chasing instead of counting on luck to bail you out. Big pots are only good if you win them....

To think like a fish, you need to become a fish. At some point maybe it`s better to fold some good hands if you feel it will not win this time, but most of the time need to forget about feelings and do just correct moves,thats it.

It doesn't work to be a fish. If a player has experience, technique and self-control, he is able to competently bluff when necessary, including feigning a weak game. But that does not mean being a fish. I think so.

No this is not something you should even think about, poker doesnt work in this way. Poker is all about variance and If you change the way you should play then you effect the outcome in teh long run. To play like a fish is -EV!

But seriously, no. If you play like them, you will lose like them. Fish are good for poker, they may avoid the hook on occasion and swim away with some of your money, but there is always more bait to hook, and they always take it.
