I totally agree with that too there’s times when it seems I can’t lose regardless of what cards I play. I wish that was always the case however that these times are few and far between.

If of course it gets hot, when you get hit by a bad bets or you're doing a sporting activity, or the weather that kills, the sun that burns, or the frozen water, that burns every pore of your body, or the person you want to it burns in the soul, or the bad thoughts that burn in your soul and poisons you.

If you lose, don't get frustrated , understand, you did the best you could ...

Well mathematically there are no such thing as down swings and up swings because you know every hand is different and all. The math outta the way it really feels that way but you gotta think if you do something for a really long time vs a short amount of time. All players with less than 50 thousand hands played vs all the players with over that see the game differently. Good players win all the time and the players with less experience believe in luck because they dont have or want to play over time. So in the short run yeah when your hot your hot but every player knows who has played long enough that theres very little luck involved.

Agree 100% poker can be such a frustrating game sometimes you hit everything and can't lose but the opposite can happen aswell, you can be playing good solid poker doing everything correct getting all you're money in good but the one card you do not want to see keeps coming, just adds to the excitement of the game, have to take the good with the bad i suppose

4sure man. no poker rules or RNG tricks will stop you when you on fire ) all rivers coming special for you. but that burning staff works only short time period. lose your concentration, and you burn on bubble with something like KQs )))

Seems as though when you are on the Poker Gods smile upon you but when you are off they are laughing there butts off with every power hand you get.

I agree but the "mind games" begin.
Let's say you are playing heads up and win 5 or 6 out of 7. You go up in stakes and win again...OMG now you have visions of being a "heads up specialist" you imagine the expensive car you'll tool around in, the big home and all the buy ins in major tournaments!
Then someone comes along and whacks you....brings you back to reality and your back to micro stakes.
Been there myself and it's actually an important part of the journey if you wish to continue the dream.

I totally think this is a thing. When the cards are running hot I always open a grand tour table on PS. I have made the final table many times and won some big bounties on the way. No better way to make good money from a low start.
