I usually get bored if I don't play. That's why poker is the entertainment that brings me joy. When I play, I am completely focused on the game because for me every tournament is a chance to win money. I take the game seriously, so I never get bored.

Hello everyone! Boredom??? Never. If it happens, in my opinion, something is wrong with the choice of game format. If you have no cards, use the time to analyze the table and your opponents. For example, I used to get really annoyed when some "players" slowed down the pace and used the time bank, but now I can thank them because it gives me time to refresh myself and ask the necessary questions. The limit doesn’t matter; you can feel different emotions—but never boredom.

Something similar has been happening to me lately. Now I am very annoyed by formats with 10-minute blind levels, although before it was the other way around - I couldn't stand turbo and hyper tournaments.

Yes, I get bored playing for a long time. Sometimes I lose in a freeroll on purpose to go to sleep. Lately I lack motivation.

Holdem does get boring its evolved into just a waiting game for large pairs etc. then all in not really poker IMHO

If I feel bored, it can only mean that I am overtired, and in my opinion, in such a state, it is necessary to play with maximum concentration. If I have slept well and feel good, I never get bored during the game

Bored of losing all-ins? YES - everyone is. Bored of the game? NEVER - Theres always something to interest me from poker - my play - their play - the "correct" play , the WINNING play is to never get bored - skateboard if you really need to board otherwise dont play poker.

I fire up more tables when I get bored, anywhere from 1 to 6 tables depending on the variant I play. I do like a nice (poker)show or some good music on the background.

...I've built up a good stamina over the years and I try to read all the players sitting at my table... to make the most of each one according to their playing style and that way I don't get bored...

After several hours of playing, I think it's natural for the game to get boring. But in this case you just vegetate, because if you're really in game and have a winning streak, I definitely think the game wouldn't get boring.

In 11 years of playing poker, I’ve never felt that way. But if I ever did get bored, I’d definitely take a break. I think a little time off could bring the spark back.

If it is online, add more tables. Life - oh well, this is most probably why life games are considered softer than on line - no such possibility, so people are bored and play too many hands...

Yes, that's why I prefer to play turbo or super turbo tournaments. If a tournament last more than 3 hours, I start to get bored.

This is not my take on the game of nlhe tournament play at all. In late game play there are many things I can be looking for... mostly that entails looking for good spots.

I never get bored because I never have time for it. If you start playing two, three or four tables at once, you won't have time to get bored either. Try it, it really solves the problem
