Freerolling for 1-2 hours in the evening has become a habit for me.

You have to change the way you see the game.

In poker, whoever has the best hand doesn't always win, whoever is a better player doesn't always win, whoever made the best play doesn't always win, there is no deserving.

We have to understand the nature of the game. And in the end, it's a good thing that's the case, because if only the best players always won, no amateur would want to play.

So, this possibility of anyone winning, this randomness of poker is really cool, as any amateur can beat a professional by playing just one tournament. We don't have to get angry when we lose with the best hand, we have to accept that it's part of the game.

Losing your Temper while playing Poker is the Worse thing you can do! It always ends one way and that is you putting yourself on "Tilt" and can lead to you throwing good money away trying to outdo your opponents, That is the reason you should always stick to a good bankroll Strategy, Never play with Scared money, Money you are frightened of losing, and except that in Poker just like real life, bad things can happen!
If you get busted out of a poker game and can say to yourself "That's Life! That's Poker! You are ready to try again and register for the next game. If however you throw a fit and start Cursing and smashing your Screen or Computer, It might be a while before you play again.

In during play in Poker I have the different thoughts and emotions, as and Everyone, I think... The all depends on situation:
if I win, I feeling, of course, the positive emotions and thoughts, if I lose, that I feeling reverse... I think, in this sense, the all people are similar!
Main, by my opinion, try to control own emotions and thoughts, as positives, so and negatives... This means to find in this question "Golden Middle"!
And this is most of difficult Skill in Poker by my personal opinion again... Therefore, I think, the who one does it better, than others, wins more often!
Conclusion an one: in Poker necessary, by possibility, play like a machine!
